Helping tribal organizations sustain operations and improve cash flow through education and training
Contracting and Procurement
Overseeing contracts, procuring equipment and supplies that are needed in house
Corporate Compliance
Ensuring quality and integrity of ANTHC
privacy practices, compliance and service.
Facilities Planning
Finding and managing space for ANTHC staff
Health Information and Technology
Providing support services and products for all of ANTHC’s technological needs, including the AFHCAN telemedicine program
Human Resources
Handling everything from recruitment to benefits administration, management, and education for ANTHC’s workforce
Legal and Intergovernmental Affairs
Practicing advocacy for ANTHC at the state and federal levels and ensuring all levels of the organization operate legally
Marketing and Communications
Developing internal and external communications about ANTHC’s purpose, activities and services
Quality Integration and Planning
Assisting with strategic planning for the organization and process improvement
Regional Supply Service Center
Supplying ANTHC and Alaska Native health facilities throughout the state

Helping senior leadership understand and quantify the organization’s risks, minimize risk, and keep the cost of managing risk to an acceptable level |
